Kimball Construction will work with its design team to develop prelim plans to guide the pro-forma.

Kimball Construction will create a pro forma including land costs, permit costs, construction costs, closing and carrying costs, marketing costs, ongoing costs, and any other relevant costs.  

Kimball Construction has a network of financing partners to solicit proposals from. 

At this step we close on the land, close on the financing, and close on the construction portion of the project. 

Kimball Construction will manage the construction portion of the project through completion.

The project is marketed through Kimball Constructions’ marketing partners and sold. 

At the completion of construction, equity and or proceeds are split as per the closing documents.
