Kimball Construction is a general construction company that was selected to perform a tenant improvement project for 22 Below, an ice cream shop inside the Valley River Center in Eugene. Kimball Constructions team was able to deliver their tenant improvement project on time and on budget, much to the delight of the 22 Below team. The end result was a happy client and a beautiful new space for 22 Below to serve their delicious ice cream. Thanks, to the team who made this happen!
Scope of Project
This project started with us working through the Valley River Centers complex vendor credentialing process, then demolishing and existing business, new back of house area, new displays, new POS cabinets, new service area, new lighting, new signage etc.
