At Kimball Construction we strive to put the customer first. We specialize in both residential and commercial construction anywhere from new projects to remodels and additions. We understand that people live busy lives which is why we prioritize the customer’s time and insist on clear communication with face-to-face interactions from day one.

Our Team

Roman Anderson, Manager

An Oregonian, Roman has worked in the construction industry since his youth. He then gained a broader perspective traveling abroad and reaffirming the value of personal communication. In 2010 he decided to use his combined skills and experience to start a company that would aide homeowners and businesses with their construction needs while maintaining clear and open communication.

Ed Vinis, Assistant Project Manager

Born in Eugene, Ed grew up loving to build and at a young age had goals of becoming an architect. As he grew up he got distracted by scientific fields and found himself pursuing chemistry and geology. Still intrigued by the construction process, Ed has joined the Kimball team to learn every aspect required for construction. He now helps facilitate friendly and clear communication with subcontractors and carpenters.

Kim Busby, Office Manager

Initially from the Midwest with time spent in California, Kim has over 25 years of bookkeeping experience. Much of this experience has been in the construction industry, giving her insight into every component of a project. At Kimball she keeps track of all the company’s paperwork while managing every employee, vendor, and subcontractor simultaneously. She has found a way to successfully turn a logistic puzzle into a high-functioning, well-organized company.
