Your project starts with a quick phone call or email to our office. A project manager will follow up with an onsite meeting. Depending on how far you are in the planning process you are, your project manager will present one of the following options:
- Design agreement
- This is used when there are no designs or plans, it’s the first step in the process.
- Reservation agreement
- This is used when you are working with another design professional, but the plans are not yet complete but you would like to secure time in our production schedule.
- Project Proposal
- This is used when the plans are done, we have an accurate understanding of the work, and we are ready to start your project.
Once one of the above agreements are signed, we will work diligently to ensure that all financial, permit, and other pre-construction items are taken care of diligently and professionally.
Once our pre-construction team is done, it is handed off to the construction team, who will ensure that your home is built exceptionally well, with open and often communication, verifications, and care and attention to your needs.
After we build your home, we are not done. We have one of the best warranties in the area, and we will be there for you if you need any warranty service or would like to work with us on other projects or refer us to other clients.
