Throughout the design process, we will discuss how much your addition will cost to build, however, in this step we create a final budget.

Our design team will engineer and complete your plans and then hand them off to our Pre-Con team which will obtain a building permit and start scheduling trade partners to work on your project.

Kimball Constructions’ expert team of carpenters, trade partners, and project managers will build your addition. 

Near the end of your project, our team will prepare your warranty documents, complete your building permit, and verify all accounting and files are complete and accurate.

Kimball Construction has a great warranty, we will stand by our work and fix anything that needs fixing.
