With over a two decades of experience in the construction industry, Roman has honed his expertise in project management, site supervision, and safety protocols, while always emphasizing effective communication.

When he's not working, Roman enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, exploring new hiking trails and camping spots. He also has a deep appreciation for the arts and enjoys attending events. Balancing his love for construction, communication, and his personal interests, Roman leads a fulfilling and well-rounded Oregonian life.

Charles Christoferson brings decades of hands-on experience in construction, leadership, and design to the Kimball Construction team. Having grown up around construction with a general contractor father, Charles was running his own crew by the age of 21. Since then, he has managed complex projects across Oregon and beyond, from building harbor docks for the Port of Juno to leading the construction of a 217-unit multi-family apartment community in Eugene.

Charles’s expertise spans every stage of the building process. He has directed crews of up to 40 people, managed large-scale lumber mill relocations, overseen prefab wall plant operations, and successfully delivered commercial and residential projects on time and within budget. With deep knowledge of prefab wall systems, blueprint interpretation, and field management, he brings both technical skill and seasoned leadership to every project.

At Kimball Construction, Charles is known for his ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors while keeping client goals front and center. His dedication to quality, safety, and efficiency makes him a valuable asset to the team.

Outside of work, Charles enjoys spending time in the outdoors—whether it’s exploring Oregon’s forests, rivers, and mountains or simply enjoying time outside with family and friends.

Lincoln Anderson is a skilled lead carpenter at Kimball Construction. He discovered his passion for carpentry at a young age and has since honed his skills in the construction industry. Lincoln is known for his meticulous attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and pride in his work.

He enjoys spending time with his kids, traveling, and helping his family.

Taylor Boffing brings craftsmanship and pride to every project at Kimball Construction. A second-generation carpenter, Taylor began working alongside his father at a young age, learning the basics of the trade from the ground up. That early foundation sparked a lifelong commitment to building and continuous improvement. With over 20 years of carpentry experience, he combines hands-on skill with a strong understanding of how to build efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard, and he continues to learn and refine his craft every day.

Taylor is passionate about creating spaces that are functional, durable, and built to last. His attention to detail, strong work ethic, and practical field experience make him a trusted and valued member of the Kimball Construction team.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys riding motorcycles, playing and watching baseball, fishing, and spending quality time with his family.
