We get it, business used to be done with a handshake. As our business grew, we started to have trouble keeping track of who we shook hands with, so we started writing stuff down to help us remember.  The good news is that some of the stuff we write down is how much we are going to pay you, when we are going to pay you, what work you don’t have to do etc.

No. All of your payments, account numbers, verification, etc is handled by bill.com. The only information Kimball Construction has is whether you have signed up or not.

By working with a General Contractor, you get to focus on performing the work you love, without having to do the work you don’t love. We will get you  clients, plans, money, and provide customer service. All you have to do is show up, do the work, and get paid.

A good General Contractor is sometimes like your mother making sure you brush your teeth. For example, we are going to make sure you have insurance, make sure you document your change orders, etc. We want you to be successful, and these requirements will help you do that.

Bid requests are sent as needed to produce our projects. Deepening on our production schedule, you may receive a lot of bid requests in the spring and none in the summer and a lot in the winter. If you want to confirm that you are in our system, feel free to send us an email or call to verify.

We use BuilderTrend to collect bids, issue purchase orders, and track payments.
