With a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Washington, Kent brings a unique combination of technical expertise, design insight, and executive leadership to every project.

Over the course of his career, Kent has led large-scale developments and infrastructure initiatives across the country. From managing high-profile technology and headquarters relocations with JPMorgan Chase to overseeing multifamily development and rehabilitation projects through Confluence Development and H&M Renovations, Kent consistently maximizes project value and ensures quality outcomes. His background spans architecture, engineering, and construction, making him a versatile leader who thrives at the intersection of design and execution.

At Kimball Construction, Kent leverages his deep experience to guide complex projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and create lasting value for clients and communities alike. Licensed as both a general contractor and a realtor in Oregon, he offers a rare blend of industry knowledge and entrepreneurial perspective.

Outside of work, Kent enjoys being on the water and spends much of his free time sailing.

Charles Christoferson brings decades of hands-on experience in construction, leadership, and design to the Kimball Construction team. Having grown up around construction with a general contractor father, Charles was running his own crew by the age of 21. Since then, he has managed complex projects across Oregon and beyond, from building harbor docks for the Port of Juno to leading the construction of a 217-unit multi-family apartment community in Eugene.

Charles’s expertise spans every stage of the building process. He has directed crews of up to 40 people, managed large-scale lumber mill relocations, overseen prefab wall plant operations, and successfully delivered commercial and residential projects on time and within budget. With deep knowledge of prefab wall systems, blueprint interpretation, and field management, he brings both technical skill and seasoned leadership to every project.

At Kimball Construction, Charles is known for his ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors while keeping client goals front and center. His dedication to quality, safety, and efficiency makes him a valuable asset to the team.

Outside of work, Charles enjoys spending time in the outdoors—whether it’s exploring Oregon’s forests, rivers, and mountains or simply enjoying time outside with family and friends.

Lincoln Anderson is a skilled lead carpenter at Kimball Construction. He discovered his passion for carpentry at a young age and has since honed his skills in the construction industry. Lincoln is known for his meticulous attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and pride in his work.

He enjoys spending time with his kids, traveling, and helping his family.

Kris Silva is an experienced superintendent with a successful track record of managing construction projects of various sizes and complexities. He began his career as a laborer and quickly rose through the ranks due to his natural leadership abilities and eye for detail.

Sam is an experienced excavation and demolition lead at Kimball Construction, known for his exceptional leadership skills and commitment to safety. With over 20 years of industry experience, Sam has managed numerous successful projects and mentored other professionals. When he's not working, Sam enjoys skiing in his free time.
