Scope of Project
This Custom Home project included plan preparation, permit processing, site preparation, demolition, and construction of the new residence in Vida, Oregon. Kimball Construction coordinated with the architect, engineers, consultants, and local permitting agencies throughout design and construction. The work included foundations, structural framing, roofing, siding, windows, exterior doors, decks, railings, and weatherproofing systems. Interior construction included insulation, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, trim, doors, and painting. The project also included complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and ventilation systems. Final work included fixture installation, equipment startup, testing, inspections, site improvements, finish work, and project closeout.
The home features a durable foundation, precision framing, and advanced mechanical systems for efficiency. The exterior was completed with energy-efficient windows, roofing, and siding, while the interior boasts custom cabinetry, premium finishes, and modern flooring.
