Scope of Project
The Grace Manor for Veterans project involved full-site development and vertical construction of a multi-family housing complex in Eugene, OR. Kimball Construction coordinated with the architect and engineer to finalize plan preparation and supported permit processing with local authorities. Scope included demolition of existing structures, excavation, and installation of underground utilities. Structural framing consisted of wood framing over concrete foundations. Kimball managed all MEPS trades, including rough-in and finish for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems. Work also included exterior envelope installation, interior finishes, site concrete, landscaping, and ADA-compliant access features in accordance with current building code requirements.
