Next Step: Completing a Punch List

We’re excited to help you complete the final steps of your project! By completing a punch list, we ensure all remaining tasks are addressed efficiently. This essential document captures any outstanding items needed to finalize your project. Once these tasks are complete, your project will officially reach completion.

Collaborating on Your Punch List

Your project manager has already started compiling the punch list. However, your insights are invaluable. Here’s how you can contribute:

  1. Walk Through with Your Project Manager
Schedule a walkthrough to identify and add items collaboratively.
  2. Add to the Paper Form
Review the paper form provided and list any remaining tasks you’ve noticed.
  3. Update the Excel File
If you prefer an offline Excel option, you can add items directly to an Excel file for easy access.
  4. Update the Google Sheet
If you prefer an online option, you can add items directly to a Google Sheet file for easy access.

How We Finalize the Punch List

Once all input is collected, including feedback from building inspectors, we’ll consolidate everything into a single master list. Here’s what happens next:

  • Tasks are assigned to the appropriate team members for completion.
  • Upon task completion, you and your project manager will review each item to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Once all tasks are resolved to satisfaction, both parties will sign off on the punch list, officially marking the project as complete.

Post-Completion Support

Should any issues arise after the project’s completion, rest assured that we’ve got you covered. Before your one-year cosmetic warranty expires, your project manager will follow up to address any additional concerns.
